Hong Kong police have arrested a 70-year-old car driver who fatally struck an elderly cyclist in Tai Po. Police received a report of the accident at 7.25am on Monday. The victim, a man in his seventies or eighties, was struck by a car travelling towards Tai Mei Tuk as he crossed Ting Kok Road near Tai Po Industrial Estate. No identification was found on the man.
