Hong Kong police have arrested a man after discovering the bodies of 20 cats and a hamster, as well as other animals in poor condition, in his flat. The force said it received a report at about 7pm on Sunday from a resident of Chau Tau Tsuen in Lok Ma Chau complaining of a foul smell.
