Six men have been injured in an explosion aboard a Marine Department vessel moored at Stonecutters Island in Hong Kong. According to police, the blast occurred at about 10.35am on Monday. The Marine Department said one of its vessels was undergoing an annual inspection when a minor explosion occurred in the forehold, releasing plumes of white smoke.
